Minimum Call Out Charge £60 Covers attendance and initial diagnostics.

Hourly Rate (after 1st hour £60) then £50 thereafter.

Rewiring (Empty 3-Bed House) £3,500

Standard 3-bed house, unoccupied. Rewiring (Lived-in 3-Bed House) £4,000

Standard 3-bed house, occupied. Outside Lights / Outside Sockets £65 per point £60 per point Per point, standard supply and fit.

[PAT Testing] (Minimum) £60 minimum charge Includes up to 20 appliances.
PAT Testing (Per Appliance) £3 per item For additions over minimum charge.

Fault finding £50ph
Usually we find faults within the first hour but this can take longer usually no more than 3 hours.

Consumer unit upgrades From £550
18th edition metal clad units with rcbo and spd protection fitted as standard

Note: 50% deposit must be paid for any job over £1000. For jobs totalling over £10,000 material must be paid for upfront with remaining balance paid in 2 stages (after first and second fixes) Deposit contracts will be signed by both parties and a receipt will be giving for the deposit. Rewiring prices depend on property condition, specifications, and property size. All PAT testing includes detailed reporting.
